Terms and Conditions qrpay4 — Platform Usage Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the qrpay4 platform, including the website at qrpay4.net, the mobile app for Android and iOS, and all services provided by qrpay4 ("Platform").

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your qrpay4 account password and login credentials confidential. qrpay4 recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.

• Never share your password or login details with anyone.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared or public device.
• Contact the qrpay4 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

Qrpay4 accepts deposits via the following payment methods in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR): DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and other local bank transfers.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and your account tier. Current limit details are displayed on the deposit page within your account. VIP players enjoy higher deposit limits.

4.3 Ownership of Funds

All funds deposited into a qrpay4 account must come from a legitimate source and belong to you. qrpay4 prohibits the use of another person's credit card or payment account to make deposits.

5 Withdrawal

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Before processing your first withdrawal, qrpay4 requires completed identity verification (KYC), including verification of your national ID (MyKad or passport), phone number, and payment method.

5.2 Methods & Processing Time

Withdrawals can be made via DuitNow or FPX bank transfer to a verified account. Processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes for DuitNow, and up to 1 business day for standard bank transfers.

5.3 Bonus Withdrawal Conditions

Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified for each promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without first fulfilling the relevant wagering requirements.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction.
• Qrpay4 does not charge any withdrawal processing fees.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account held in the same name as the registered account owner.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

Qrpay4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC.

10.2 By the Player

You may request to close your qrpay4 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance will be returned to you once all required checks are completed.
